1. What currency are the prices do I see on the site?
All prices on our website are in GBP. This can be changed to your countries currency at the top of the page.
If I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship our products as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship.
During sales and promotional events going on, orders may take longer to process. Please allow extra time for us to ship your order.
We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays e.g. Easter.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at contact@anastasiahaircollection.com
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! If you are cancelling your order, you must do it before it ships. If the item has already left our facility please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact@anastasiahaircollection.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary due to COVID. We aim to get your parcel to you 3 days after it has been shipped.
This does not include international parcels.
I missed my hair appointment because my hair didn't arrive on time. Will your company reimburse me?
No, Anastasia Hair Collection will not pay for any fees to do with hair appointments. We advise you to wait until you receive your items before confirming or booking any hair appointments. Or, you order your item 2 weeks before your appointment.
My parcel got lost in transit?
Once your parcel is confirmed as shipped and you've been given a tracking number, Anastasia Hair Collection is not liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced package. In this circumstance we advise customers to contact the delivery courier and wait for their response. If they do not give a clear explanation as to what happened to your parcel contact us Anastasia Hair Collection and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
